RESERVATIONS

You can make your reservation by phone, email or through our online booking engine.

To confirm your reservation you have to deposit 50% of the total overnight price for all days of stay ordered. The deposit must not be less than one day’s rent.

CHECK IN- CHECK OUT

Regardless of your arrival time, the room rate is the normal set.

Check in: 14:00 – 00:00

Check out: until 11:00

Reception: 24 Hours

Early check in: After consultation with the front desk for availability and free of charge.

Late check out: After consultation with the front desk for availability.

Staying until 18:00 is charged equal to 50% of the room rate, while for stays beyond 18:00 the charge is equal to 100% of the room rate.

For your convenience, if you are going to arrive too early or too late, we advise you to let us know in advance.

CANCELLATIONS

If canceled up to 21 days before your arrival, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.

For cancellations from 7-21 days before your arrival you will be refunded 50% of the deposit.

For cancellations from 1-7 days before your arrival you will not be refunded the deposit.

In case of no-show, the total value of your reservation will be charged.

CHILDREN AND ADDITIONAL ADULT BEDS

Unfortunately there is no possibility for extra beds.

Children over 9 years old will be counted as adults.

PETS

Our hotel does not accept pets.
